The Prince Heads to San Francisco!

The Prince and Grandma McNally flew out to San Francisco on May 27th to see Dr’s who specialize in Neuroblastoma.  He’s doing a little sightseeing on the way and it looks like they packed in quite a bit their first day there.

Walking over to the Wharf they ran in to this ‘friend’

Hanging out on the Wharf

The famous Ghiradelli’s – and The Prince was definitely letting Uncle Brian know he was chowing down on some cookie dough ice cream!

His first taste of sourdough bread – mmmmmm

It sounds like more fun is on the way today so as we get pictures we’ll be sure to post them!

St Baldrick’s Fun

We had a huge turnout in Colorado today for a fun-filled day of head shaving!  The staff at Salon Steller were busy buzzing heads today.  Of course, our Prince joined in on all the fun and shaved quite a few heads himself!  Shea and his family would like to say a big thank you to all who took time out of their day to help support the cause.  Your generosity is sincerely appreciated.

Shea’s friend Grant stopped by with his family to join in on the fun.  We think he looks GREAT with a little less hair!

Check out this brave guy!  That is a LOT of hair!  And he was kind enough to donate it to Locks of Love.  It took the pro’s a little longer to figure this one out.  It looks like one of his kiddo’s got in on the act as well!  What a super star!

Our Prince was clearly having a blast!

This dude went all out with his neon green ‘do!

Even some of the ladies got in on the action – that’s brave!

Shea may be ‘cut out’ for this business (haha!!!)

A big THANK YOU once again to the staff at Salon Steller for their services today!

Join in the Fun with St Baldrick’s This March

The City of Westminster has put together a team for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, to help raise money for childhood cancer research by shaving their heads. In doing so, they are honoring Prince Shea.

The “shave your head” event will take place on Sunday, March 18, from 1 to 4 p.m. at Salon StELLEr, 9100 W. 100th Ave., Westminster.

We invite you to join our team as a “shavee” or to make a donation, visit: http://www.stbaldricks.org/events/cityofwestminster. (check out the pictures of Shea in the Photo Gallery!)

St. Baldrick’s events have raised approximately $118 million, providing research grants to doctors and scientists at more than 200 institutions to pursue the most promising new cures for childhood cancer, in addition to making clinical trials available to more children than ever. Since 2000, St. Baldrick’s has hosted more than 4,200 head-shaving events, shaving more than190,000 heads in 28 countries and 50 U.S. states.

If you want to learn more about the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, visit www.StBaldricks.org.

If shaving is too much of a commitment, please consider volunteering, donating, or spreading the word.  Thank you for your support.

Together, let’s Conquer Kids’ Cancer!

Calling all Villagers

The last time we corresponded was to wish you all a Merry Christmas in December 2010. Shea was cancer free for almost 6 months.  Until a few weeks ago, cancer had run for the hills after the Royal Oncologist thwarted the attack.

While cancer free, Prince Shea has become an expert skier, a master video gamer, and an exemplary student.  All of these accomplishments have prepared him for his next fight.

Prince Shea has once again been diagnosed with neuroblastoma.  He will begin chemotherapy this week and will need the support of his village. You were an integral part of his first win, and we are calling once again for your help.

Prince Shea needs all your positive thoughts, prayers, meditations and well wishes. We are calling on all of Shea’s Village to send your positive thoughts his way as he embarks on this heroic journey.

We will use this website (www.sheamcnally.org) to keep you informed of his progress.  Since his initial diagnosis it took a village to support Shea, we are confident with your support Shea will once again be victorious!

Christmas at the Butterfly Pavillion

The Prince and his Royal Court set out to have a little fun last Friday at the holiday lighting of the Butterfly Pavillion.  You can tell by the smiles on all their faces a good time was had by all!
